What kind of conveyors do you provide?

The basic conveyors are broken up into three main groups:  Manual/Gravity Conveyors, Powered Roller Conveyors, and Powered Belt Conveyors

What can I move on a conveyor?

You can move just about anything on a conveyor. There are few limitations to weight and size. Typically companies move boxes, cartons, bins, trays of items or any product that is produced are moved on conveyors.

How long can a conveyor be?

There is no limitation. We add additional drive and conveyors to extend the length.

How fast can a conveyor move?

Different types conveyors move at different speeds. Different products can reduce the speed if they are top heavy or unstable. The faster sorter speeds can be approximately 400 cartons per minute, but that varies quite a bit.

Where do you install conveyors?

We install conveyors anywhere in the continental US.

Where do you ship your conveyor equipment?

We ship anywhere in the continental US.

What direction can conveyors run?

Conveyors can run in all directions including moving material vertically.

How do I know the number of rollers I need on my conveyor?

There are several factors. You need a minimum of 3 rollers under each product. You also need to meet the weight capacity of the individual rollers – heavier products need more rollers or larger diameter rollers.

How do the belts work?

Belts move across a solid surface or across rollers. Rollers allow for a greater weight capacity per drive.

What voltage do I need to run a conveyor?

We can accommodate whatever voltage is available. We just need to know in advance.
